Floating Arts Club Creating Art and Community on the Water

don’t look at the posting dates — quick now!!

“and your bird can sing…”

you want first person? can you handle first person? i have been cleaning the boat and i is very surly.

however i also sunned my sunflower seed sprouts, and brought some in a bag. as my legs were adjusting to shore there was a group of lazy castaways — oh wait those are just anchor outs — my people - on the dock in a circle - and they did eat of the sprouts and they declared it was good. which made me feel a little better in some hidden corner - i maintained a state of ready surliness.

then something nice happened - which means terrible? only recalling the suffering of others, and i will probably cry again.

yeah yeah yeah - how was DIRTY LOADS NUMBER EIGHT???

i rolled up - literally i rolled this suitcase full of dirty laundry. this is a good example of how slow i am — its number 8 and i’m finally bringing laundry? but what was amazing - ALL OF US had laundry. a dirty loads first. you thought it was a gimmick didn’t you??  we played music - guitars and such - jeff read a chapter that was straight to A (pron reference) - true grit - jeff shot a short music video w. Jaya & B (note: you get a name check when you read something) and we improvised some cool stuff

– and then

– and then i waited and waited in my rowboat and was so sleepy but finally

— we went to Travis’s boat - AND IT WAS ON BB! religion philosophy psychology poetics patterns of mind ego games playing verses observing  - and i brought a big bottle of red wine. songs were sung - originals and some sunshine in the very early morning. and travis made pasta. at like 3:30 am. it was that kind of party.
